With its cold, wet weather, snow and ice, winter has a particularly harmful effect on vehicles. Drivers must pay attention to specific issues in the colder months to care for their vehicles and prevent paintwork damage.
Vehicle care in winter
Cars are most susceptible to the weather in winter. Three aspects of car care are vital at this time of year:

A good winter windscreen cleaning agent will remove oil, soot, grit, salt and other typical forms of winter soiling with just a few strokes of the wipers. The cleaning agent must prevent the nozzles icing up, stop the washer fluid freezing onto the windscreen and be suitable for fan-type nozzles. Inferior-quality products could cause stress cracks in the paintwork and headlight lenses.
